Family Law Solicitor

Key Duties:

• To manage a caseload of Family Law matters including divorce / dissolution, financial remedy, cohabitee disputes, pre and post-marital agreements, private law children matters &
• Family Law Act injunctions.
• To meet agreed financial targets
• To make cross-referrals to other teams when appropriate
• To provide a high level of client care and satisfaction

Experience

• Essential: dealing with private law matters
• Desirable but not essential: advocacy, constant fee generating income, familiarity with LEAP

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor
• It is desirable but not essential if the candidate is a resolution member, accredited specialist, mediation or collaborative law trained
