What you will be doing

Managing a full and varied Residential Conveyancing case load
Undertaking fee earning work, working independently with minimal supervision
Maintaining relations with the firm’s clients and assisting and helping develop new relationships
Engaging with senior managers to develop and improve marketing strategy for the Residential Conveyancing Team

Key Duties:

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years experience in the field of residential conveyancing (Solicitor or CILEX/Fee Earning)
  • Detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload
  • Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
  • Desires to develop and lead a team of conveyancers as the dept develops.
