Key Duties:

Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Develop and implement innovative lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A relevant degree in English or a related subject.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
