English Teacher

Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic, and hardworking English teacher to join a thriving department. You will be working within a fantastic secondary school based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
The successful candidates will have excellent subject knowledge, be confident teaching KS3, KS4 and preferably KS5 too. They should be an ambitious and dedicated professional who is able to work as part of a team. A willingness to promote extra-curricular activities and support learning outside the classroom will also be required.
This is a full-time timetable, covering on a long-term placement during term time only with a proposed start of October 2023. This school looking for someone who holds QTS and has the experience teaching English up to KS4 & KS5. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate good levels of behaviour management. The salary is MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience. This role is term time only.
