The firms Housing & Regeneration team are experts in understanding opportunities and challenges faced by landowners, local authorities, house-builders and registered providers.

Key Duties:

They help key decision makers with strategic advice and with delivering projects on time and on budget. They understand the context of the environment in which you operate, including your regulatory frameworks, value for money, commercial feasibility, enhancing the experience of your customers, and the desire to create safe, sustainable and well-managed communities where people want to live.

 

Knowledge required:

  • Corporate governance and regulatory
  • Funding, including facility documentation and securitisation
  • Housing management, including tenancy reviews, policy preparation, leasehold advice, enfranchisement, ASB, possession proceedings, gas access injunctions, and judicial review
  • Housing stock rationalisation
  • Infrastructure agreements
  • Setting up estate management schemes, management companies and management agreements

Benefits:

You will be enrolled in their pension scheme under the auto-enrolment regulations, unless you choose to opt-out. The firm’s contribution rate will be 5%, and yours will be 5%.  You may increase the amount of your contribution up to a maximum of 10% under our salary sacrifice scheme. You may also increase your contributions above 10%, but this additional contribution will fall outside their salary sacrifice scheme.

  • You will receive death in service insurance cover at 4 times salary.
