Employment Solicitor

Key Duties:

Dealing with client enquiries and taking initial instructions

Advising upon and negotiating settlement agreements, including drafting settlement agreements

Advising clients as part of our Protect Scheme

Conducting litigation (on behalf of employers and employees) in the employment tribunal, including conducting advocacy if required

Assisting senior members with of the team with both contentious and non-contentious matters

You will be working on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and will also include Disciplinary and Dismissal, Employment Tribunals, TUPE issues, Drafting Policies and Procedures,  Re-organisations and Restructure and Settlement Agreements.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic and place priority on client care.
