We are partnering with an amazing company based in Hull who is one of the market leading Renewables and HVAC service providers. Our client specialises in sustainable building services design and creating net zero strategies for a number of sectors. They offer a turnkey service, end-to-end building decarbonisation services, working closely with their sister company. They work closely with their clients to reduce energy costs and emissions while helping them achieve their net zero targets. James Ray Recruitment are working on behalf of our client based in Hull who are currently seeking suitable candidates for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s services to potential customers. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid role from home.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering qualification (e.g. degree, HND).
• Previous experience in the M&E Building Services industry.
• Strong technical background in sustainable building services engineering.
• Familiarity with low carbon energy strategies advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to support decision making.

Key Duties:

We are seeking an electrical building services designer to join our clients team.  The preferred candidate will need to have prior expertise in the M&E Building Services sector and an interest in specialising in sustainable building services engineering with a focus on low-energy solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate with the rest of the team to create:

  • Technical designs of sustainable building services engineering, including renewable technologies, energy efficiency measures such as LED lighting systems, efficient heating systems, HVAC controls, ASHPs, and GSHPs.
  • Low carbon energy strategies – measure and manage emissions, inform carbon reduction strategies, and align targets for the future.
  • Economic analysis – evaluate the economic viability of energy efficiency measure
