James Ray Recruitment is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) to join our team as Supply Teachers across schools in Hull. We provide exciting opportunities for teachers to gain valuable experience in a variety of school settings while maintaining flexibility in their work schedules.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning for students across different schools. This is an excellent opportunity for NQTs to develop their teaching skills, gain experience in various classroom environments, and build relationships within the education sector.

Key Duties:

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with students and colleagues alike.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, coupled with a drive to continually develop your skills and expertise
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different key stages and subjects (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Follow lesson plans provided or create engaging lessons where necessary.
Assess student progress and provide feedback where required.
Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.
