Key Duties:

Providing legal advice to clients regarding criminal law matters
Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appeals
Conducting legal research to prepare cases and develop defense strategies
Interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence to support the client’s case
Negotiating plea bargains or settlements with prosecutors on behalf of clients
Drafting legal documents such as motions, briefs, and appeals
Advocating for clients’ rights and interests throughout the legal process
