Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are working with a Top 100 law firm who require a Grade C Court of Protection Solicitor with specific focus on property and affairs rather than welfare. The firm has an exceptional reputation within the industry and pride themselves on the client feedback they receive.

The office is in Manchester and has 3 divisions currently, COP, PI and Medical Negligence, however they are relocating to large premises due to their growth strategy over the next 18 months.

The successful applicant will be a core member of the team providing essential legal advice and support to patients who lack capacity to make decisions, experience of working with clients with brain injuries advantageous.
