Your role will include:
• Dealing with share and business acquisitions and sales, MBOs, rights issues, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, restructuring, reorganisations, and corporate governance.
• Responsibility for due diligence and disclosure as part of transactional projects, including supervising more junior colleagues in data room management.
• Reviewing, advising upon, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts (including framework agreements, supply and purchase contracts, software licences, franchise agreements
