Job Description:

James Ray recruitment are helping a large law firm based in Newton Le Willows recruit for a conveyancing paralegal to join their team.

The candidate:

Have experience working in a conveyancing paralegal role
Have a full understanding of the conveyancing process
Be able to work under pressure
Have the experience to be able to support fee earners with their caseloads.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting fee earners with busy caseload’s
  • Providing administrative support
  • Preparing & amending documents and SDLT forms
  • Opening & closing files
  • Drafting letters and documents
  • Liaising with key clients and The Land Registry
