They require a capable and proficient conveyancer is required for a growing business that handles a busy and mixed caseload of work including residential and commercial property sales and purchases. They also deal in high value transactions for demanding clients to tight deadlines. Experience of leasehold, commercial and auction transactions is essential. This is a role suitable for an ambitious solicitor with aspirations of becoming a partner. The firm will consider a legal executive with experience. Salary is by negotiation. A bonus and incentive scheme will be offered.
