James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly respected firm that have been providing legal services throughout the North West for many years. Our client is looking for a driven, talented, self-motivated Commercial Property Solicitor, who has a desire to develop within their well-established and successful firm.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a desire for personal progression and to be part of overall business growth. For the right person, there are no barriers to progression within the practice. It is advantageous but not essential, if you are someone who is able to identify and attend key networking and other business events to contribute to the development of work. Looking for a candidate with a Minimum of 3 years PQE – although they are happy to consider all applications from candidates who can demonstrate the required skills.

Key Duties:

You would be working in the Liverpool office dealing with a varied caseload which will include sales, acquisitions, development agreements and preparing and negotiating leases.
You will take matters through from initial contact to completion and you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required. Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.
Be highly organised and efficient
Be a technically competent and tactical solicitor with an ability to analyse risk and utilise commercial knowledge
Be passionate about the client experience and maintaining high standards of client care and quality service.
Have a good, practical understanding of source of funds and AML requirements and be able to assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions.
Possess exceptional attention to detail
Be able to work within a fast paced environment, whilst managing priorities to meet deadlines.
