James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established firm in the Liverpool Area. We are recruiting on the behalf of our client for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is driven, talented, self-motivated and who has a desire to develop within their well-established and successful firm. You would be working at their Liverpool office dealing with a varied caseload which will include sales, acquisitions, development agreements and preparing and negotiating leases. You will take matters through from initial contact to completion and you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required. Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.
