Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Key Duties:

• Advise clients on their best legal options, always prioritising their business, personal and commercial interests.
• Handle high-value disputes, including contractual, shareholder, and director disputes.
• Protect businesses from risk, tackling commercial property litigation and business protection cases (e.g., breach of restrictive covenants, springboard injunctions).
• Draft clear, persuasive legal arguments that strengthen our clients’ position
• Represent clients in court and instruct Counsel when litigation is unavoidable.
• Strengthen relationships and expand our client base through networking and business development.

5+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution, with a strong track record in litigation
