Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner

Job Description:

James Ray are excited to be working with a renowned, award-winning law firm who are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their expanding legal team at their office based in Leeds.

Candidate requirements:

Litigation experience is essential to this role
Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
Excellent negotiating skill
Experience of working to targets and KPIs
Experience using Proclaim database is preferable
Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
Working with marketing to expand the department
5 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
