The firm are now on the lookout for an experienced paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence department based in York 2x per week. As a paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors, gaining invaluable knowledge and practical experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated legal professional to progress in their career.

Key Duties:

Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of their case
Handling administrative tasks such as file management, document organisation, and scheduling meetings.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Previous experience as a Paralegal in Clinical Negligence (essential)
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legal procedures and regulations
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
