James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a prestigious Law Firm based in the Hull and York area. We are recruiting a Banking and Finance Lawyer on behalf of our client to join their Team.

Key Duties:

  • Experience in banking law
  • transactional experience and an interest in developing expertise in corporate and acquisition finance
  • Have excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • May have contacts in the local market and some following of work
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable undertaking business development activity/networking
