James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving specialist law firm, with a national reputation for advising individuals, charities and other not-for-profit organisations, local authorities, public-sector bodies and businesses throughout the UK.

Our client is looking for an Associate-level Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive Advocate to join their growing housing litigation team in either their Birmingham or Manchester office.

(Hybrid working)

Key Duties:

You’ll provide expert advice and representation to landlords, including housing associations, local authorities, charity landlords, and co-operatives across England.
You’ll handle a range of cases, including:
Anti-social behaviour injunctions
Defending disrepair claims & supervising legal assistants
Environmental Protection Act prosecutions
Possession claims, including Equality Act & mental capacity defences
Residential leasehold & shared ownership disputes
Housing management advice, policy reviews & legislative updates
